Return and Refund Policy

At Maple HR Solutions, we provide professional consulting, advisory, and document-based services. Because our services involve time, expertise, strategy, and/or customized work, all sales are final.

All services purchased through Maple HR Solutions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a service has been purchased, scheduled, or initiated, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes
• Failure to use the service
• Business, financial, or staffing changes
• Early termination by the client
   

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Services are delivered based on professional judgment, best practices, and the information provided by the client.
• Results may vary depending on business circumstances, compliance requirements, and implementation.
• Maple HR Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or business results.
   

If your service includes scheduled meetings, consultations, or calls:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
   

In rare cases, Maple HR Solutions may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit (not a refund). Any such accommodation does not constitute a waiver of this policy and does not obligate Maple HR Solutions to provide future credits or exceptions.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or scheduled. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination, collection efforts, and/or legal action.

By purchasing or engaging in services with Maple HR Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
