Meg Martin is the Founder of Maple HR Solutions, where she helps employers navigate human resources with clarity, confidence, and compliance. With over 15 years of progressive HR experience, Meg specializes in HR compliance, employee relations, risk mitigation, and employer protection—particularly for small businesses, nonprofits, and growing organizations.

Known for her practical, no-nonsense approach, Meg translates complex employment laws into clear, actionable guidance leaders can actually use. Her work empowers organizations to reduce legal risk, strengthen people systems, and lead with confidence in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship  from Southern University at New Orleans, where she was honored as Miss College of Business, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management. She is also a proud member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, recognizing her academic achievement and leadership.

Through Maple HR Solutions, Meg partners with organizations to build compliant HR foundations, develop policies and handbooks, train leadership teams, and proactively address risk—before issues become costly problems.

Beyond her professional credentials, Meg brings a deeply human perspective to her work. She is the mother of 2 beautiful and hilarious children. An adult son on the autism spectrum and a little baby girl. Being a corporate mom, these experiences have shaped her empathy, resilience, and understanding of the real challenges employees and families face.
