Welcome to Maple HR Solutions, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”, and “Terms & Conditions”) govern your purchase and use of our digital products, services, subscriptions, and any related offerings (collectively, “Products”, “Services”, or “Offerings”). By placing an order, downloading, accessing, or using any Products or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you may not purchase, download, or use the Products.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe our digital Products and Services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Product access may vary by platform or device capability.


4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
     
  • Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
     
  • Payments must be made through our secure third-party payment processors.
     
  • You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment information.
     

5. Digital Products — Delivery, Use & License


5.1 Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered through direct download links or email delivery.


5.2 License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital Products for your internal business or personal use only. You may NOT:


  • Redistribute, resell, or share files,
     
  • Modify Products for resale,
     
  • Sublicense any Products without written consent.
     

6. Refunds & Returns

Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase, all sales of digital Products are final.
We do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by law. 


7. Subscription & Recurring Billing (if applicable)

For subscription-based Products or Services:

  • You authorize recurring billing through the payment method you provide.
     
  • You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the next billing cycle ends.
     
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
     

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our Products (text, graphics, logos, templates, documents, artwork, and software) is owned by or licensed to Maple HR Solutions and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any laws or regulations;
     
  • infringe another’s rights;
     
  • upload malicious software or interfere with site operations;
     
  • use our Products to conduct illegal or harmful activities.
     

10. Disclaimers

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maple HR Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
     
  • loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss,
     
  • claim amounts in excess of what you paid for the Product or Service that gave rise to the claim.
     

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maple HR Solutions from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • your use of Products or Services,
     
  • your violation of these Terms & Conditions,
     
  • your violation of applicable laws.
     

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana. 


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
